1. Yoga teacher. A yoga teacher and now a self-titled "Life Stylist", Sadie Nardini has moved up from being a harassed teacher in a small studio to someone who works just a few hours a day and now earns almost $300,000 year. She made use of the internet and technology to make her job more comfortable and to reach more people.

2. Massage Therapist. More and more people are enjoying the benefits of a therapeutic massage, so there is always room for another therapist. The American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) reveals that majority of massage therapists work below 27 hours a week because they can earn $60-$100 per hour, depending on where they work or if they offer home or hotel service. In the Philippines, massage therapists who do home service can earn as much as P30,000 a month. And the most satisfying thing is that you make people feel good. You will need to study and pass a certification exam to become a licensed therapist.

3. Technical Writer. Technical writers are responsible for making technical jargon understandable for the everyday consumer. You can work freelance for many different industries and earn anywhere from $40 to $75 per hour. You will need a command of written English. Most companies require for their writers to have Bachelor's degrees in either English, Communications, or Journalism.

4. Makeup artist. You can work either as a makeup artist in a salon, as a personal make up artist/stylist for a celebrity, or as someone who works with prosthetics for the entertainment industry. If you want to be a makeup artist, you can take up basic cosmetology and then harness your skills with pieces of training and workshops. But if you're going to dabble in the prosthesis, you will have to take up Make-Up Designory in specialized schools. New artists can earn about $15 per hour, but if you work in Hollywood, you could make millions every year.

5. Internet Tutor. You can teach a variety of subjects through the internet. In the Philippines, a lot of people are to teach English to non-English-speaking people. Earn about $15 to $100 per hour.

6. Social Media Consultant. Social media is based on the internet. You can make use of free sites to build your work. Depending on your contacts and expertise, you can earn from $20 to $300 per hour.
